Great cubist painting by Austrian artist, Hans
Bolek;
about 22" x 12" (sight), framed to 30" x 18"; signed "Bolek" (lower
right) and "Goblets I" (lower left); fine condition. Hans Bolek was a painter, designer and teacher in Vienna, Austria. He was born there in 1894. He studied at the Kunstgewerbe Schule in Vienna and worked with Josef Hoffmann. He created designs for Loetz Glass. He taught at the Fashion School in Vienna.
