This is one of the most magnificent pieces in the collection; a necklace
composed of exceptional lapis beads veined with gold and separated by six
18K gold disks; at the end are two textured opal-eyed 18K gold fish that
come together to form the clasp; on the clasp is a curved bar that opens
to support a majestic 18K gold pin/pendant of such quality that would
have been envied by goldsmiths in ancient Greece! It has six
beautiful bezel-set jade cabochons, two amethyst cabochons, an opal
cabochon and a moonstone pendant on the bottom; two 18K gold fish-shaped
ear pendants with jade round out this incredible ensemble (they can
either be worn hung from another pair of Mary Kretsinger earrings or,
perhaps attached to the lapis necklace); necklace is about 16-1/2" long
overall; pin/pendant is approximately 3-1/4" long x 1-1/4" wide; pin has
a trombone catch and is marked: "MK, 18K;" necklace is similarly marked;
ear pendants are each almost 2" long (including hooks); there is a
small repair on the reverse that you can see in the fourth
photograph--the bezel holding one of the amethysts must have broken from
the piece at one time and it has been tied on with loops of wire. I am
happy to provide close-up photographs of the repair. Otherwise, the
piece is in fine

An exquisite, jewel-toned cloisonné enamel butterfly set into a hammered
18K gold ring; rich-colored enamels of gold, blue, green and purple
lined with textured gold form the butterfly; the reverse is
counter-enameled with royal blue; ring is slightly larger than size
4-1/2; butterfly is about 1-1/4" x 1-1/4"; marked: "MK, 18K;"
14.4 dwt.; excellent

A large aqua-blue turquoise cabochon bezel-set into an 18K god setting
with an extending side setting with a soft-colored jade cabochon; ring
is about size 6-1/2; band is approximately 1/2" wide (at the back) and
turquoise cabochon is about 1-1/4" x 3/4"; marked: "MK, 18K;" fine

A very pretty hammered and textured 18K gold ring with three shimmering
opals, one that sparkles with shades of peach and emerald green, one
with colors of pink, green and purple and the other a soft blue with
shades of violet and deep purple; a side section to the ring is textured
with numerous gold dots of granulation; ring is about size
4, total width across the front is approximately 1-3/4"; marked: "MK,
18K;" 16.6 dwt.; excellent condition.
