Charming vintage Lucite seahorse brooch; reverse carved and painted ; great quality probably c. 1940s-50s; approximately 4" x 1-3/4"; I am unsure if the tail was longer at one time--a break is not evident, but it seems shorter than it may have been originally; otherwise fine condition.
