1950s sterling and banded agate pendant by Henry Steig; pendant is approximately 2-1/2" long x 1-1/2" wide, 16" sterling chain; agate has a few tiny chips on top edge and minute chips on the bottom edge, some of which may have occurred when the stone was cut; marked: "STEIG, STERLING." Henry Steig had a studio and shop in New York City from the 1950s-1970s. Steigs jewelry style during the 1950s and early 1960s was consistent with the period.
