SUBSCRIBING TO SILVERFORUM

In order to subscribe to SilverForum, you must be registered with Onelist first. Here's the url to register at:
http://www.onelist.com/register.cgi?fred=1

After you're registered, you'll need to go to the SilverForum subscription page. Here's the url:
http://www.onelist.com/subscribe/SilverForum

You'll also find the description of the topics covered by SilverForum on this page.

UNSUBSCRIBING

To unsubscribe from this list, sign in at Onelist with your email address and password. Then scroll down to the section that lists the discussion groups to which you are currently subscribed. Click on the highlighted word "unsubscribe" and follow the directions.

STOPPING MAIL TEMPORARILY
Follow the directions for 'unsubscribing', but instead of clicking on 'unsubscribe', just put a check in the box that says 'no mail' and then click on the button that says 'change'.

DIGEST VERSION

Follow the directions for 'stopping mail temporarily', but put a check in the box that says 'digest' and click on the button that says 'change'.

POSTING

To post to SilverForum, send your post to silverforum@onelist.com .

SIGNING YOUR POST

Please do sign your post with your name and your location (i.e. city or state). This helps to avoid confusion in cases where there is more than one person with the same name.

REPLYING TO A POST

To reply to a post, you'll need to change the address in the 'send to' section to the above address for SilverForum.

ATTACHMENTS

Please do not attach image files to your posts to SilverForum. Doing so can cause all kinds of problems for other subscribers to the list. The best way to share an image file is to upload your image to your webspace, and then list the url in your post.

'For Sale' posts are allowed on an occasional basis. Please don't abuse this privilege. Posts regarding items for sale on eBay or other auction sites are specifically NOT allowed.
