A small masterpiece by Edward Winter, deep enamel bowl in dark brown-black with spatters of red and green enamels, reverse is black with white; about 3-3/4" diameter x 1-1/4" high; a few tiny chips around the outside edge and a couple on the very bottom where it is signed: "WINTER."
