Los Castillo mixed metals box; wonderful inlaid design with azure-malachite, copper and silver; I am unsure of the metal of the box--may be an alloy of some type (I have not polished it except slightly with a silver cloth); about 8-1/4" x 4-1/4" x 1" high; beautiful rosewood interior and copper feet; marked: "LOS CASTILLO, TAXCO, HECHO EN MEXICO, 277;" fine condition.
