platter or wall hanging with mosaic tile (grumpy) green-eyed cat. c.
1950s; about 18-1/2" x 4-3/4"; brass is hand-hammered, tiles
are probably textured glass; hanger in the back for the wall;
varnish has yellowed some and there are some scratches and wear on the
