Exquisite, one-of-a-kind, 18K gold
ring by Ed Wiener with a rare Byzantine coin; purchased around 1968 from
Ed Wiener in New York; about size 7-1/2; gold-work on this ring is
typical of Wiener's beautiful, textured surfaces from the late 1960s;
top is approximately 1" diameter; ring is marked: "18K, EW;" excellent
condition; coin has minor planchet cracks typical for coins of this
age--this does not diminish its value; a truly magnificent piece by a
